I really enjoyed my session on Healing. I was having a lot of negative self-talk recently as my stomach was in knots for a week and I could barely eat. The negative talk was leading to more stomach issues. After my session I needed to head to my brothers place in town. This would normally start the negative talk, but it wasn’t there! How Sessions Work:

This Healing modality is a “distance healing” modality. This lets us connect from from anywhere in the world. We typically meet via Zoom.

It is suggested that you find a comfortable place to take the call where you can relax. Wear comfortable clothes if possible.

Sometimes we do a little light stretching at the beginning of a session. Otherwise you can sit or lay down for the session.

Other than that, there is not much you need to know! Just prepare to feel some incredible healing energies!
